•Pay: $320 for services + .75 cents/mile to the venue. (+ tip, if clients tip)

•Finish Time: 9:00AM (Touch Ups from 9:00AM to 9:30AM

My Magical Moment’s Code of Conduct:

1. All Stylists and Artists must look professional. (Have their hair and makeup done, no messy buns etc). All Stylists and Artists workers must dress professionally, nice clothing not exposing mid drift, only very minimal cleavage etc.

2. All Stylists and Artists must keep the conversation about the Bride or whomever their client is, as much as possible. (Please don’t initiate conversations about alcohol, drugs, sex, coarse language, hangovers, politics or religion, as best as we can be sensitive with these topics, as we want to ensure everyone’s comfortable and has a pleasant experience.) If the client initiates conversation about any of these topics, it is okay to engage in the conversation, but please remain as neutral as possible. This helps us attempt to not make anyone uncomfortable as we don’t know their backgrounds.

3. Have fun! Keep the mood light and exciting! Be yourself while also being professional! Enjoy your artistry and exude confidence with each client.

4. Have thorough consultations with each client to ensure their satisfaction.

5. First 25 miles of Travel is considered a “typical commute”, any Travel to the venue beyond that, is paid at .75 cents/mile to the venue only, not round trip.

6. Go with the vibe of the Bride. Ex: if the Bride and/or Bridal party is more chill, we try to be more calm and use quieter tones of voice as to not overwhelm anyone. If the Bride/Bridal Party is upbeat and loud, we follow her/their vibe while still remaining professional.

7. If there are children present, we ensure our language is appropriate.

8. If there is any issue with a client, stay professional and try to work through it, but absolutely clue in the Team Lead assigned to that Wedding with you via text (to be discreet). If assistance or advice is needed; step aside for a private phone call to Nicole (the owner) if she isn’t assigned to the same wedding.

9. You will receive pay once the Team has left the Wedding via Venmo, Cashapp, or PayPal.

10. If handed any cash tips, everyone must ensure to ask if it is for “only me or the whole team?” To ensure fairness. If one tip is given for everyone, it will be split evenly between all Team Members that provide services at that Wedding. We highly recommend you already have Venmo and Cash App accounts for accepting tips also.

11. Be clean and sanitary with all tools, products, and applications.

12. No clients are allowed to go through your Makeup Kit or Hair Styling Bags. Especially children. If this begins to happen, please make the parent or another adult from the wedding party aware. We want to ensure everyone’s safety.

Our Service Location & Requirements, Drop Service Policy, Cancellation Policy:

“SERVICE LOCATION & REQUIREMENTS: The location of styling services for the day-of- event will be at the Bride’s discretion, but there are certain requirements the artist will need to complete the services. A set-up table/work area/chair/trash can/outlet. Ample lighting, whether by means of natural light or by lamps, is necessary for services to be performed properly. Artist will arrive 20 minutes prior to the set appointment time. Please communicate the hotel room number if applicable by text.”

“DROP SERVICES POLICY: 91 days before the wedding date, the final number of services must be confirmed. It is the bride and/or person signing this contract's responsibility to contact My Magical Moments with this information via email or phone call. If any service(s) are to be dropped, this must be done 91 days or more prior to the wedding date to avoid drop service fee's. If services are dropped between 76-90 days prior to the wedding date, a fee in the amount of 75% of the total services dropped/canceled will be charged to the card on file. If services are dropped or you cancel 1-75 days prior to the wedding date, 100% of amount of the services dropped/canceled will be charged to the card on file.”

“CANCELLATION POLICY: Your booking is a reserved spot. If you decide to cancel your wedding day services, you will not receive a refund of your retainer. If you cancel within 75 days or less before your wedding, you will not receive back the non-refundable retainer and your card on file will be charged 100% of the total scheduled services as the remaining balance is our cancellation fee. All cancellations must be communicated in written form either by email or text.”

If the bride cancels 76 days or more before the wedding date, then this contract between My Magical Moment’s and the Freelance Contractor named in this contract, is void. And you will not receive any payment. You will be notified immediately so that you can re-open that date on your schedule. If the bride cancels within 75 days of her wedding date, as stated in our Bridal drop/cancelation policy above, you will receive partial or full payment for the services you would’ve performed on the Wedding Date as compensation for holding/reserving that date (depending on how far out from her date she cancels.) If a bride cancels and her card on file is declined, no one will receive payment due to the fact that we were unable to charge the card.

We have only had 1 Bride cancel ever, this was due to a tragedy. For your reassurance we have all 5 star reviews and are a highly sought after team to book for Hair and Makeup services.
