If any additional stylists and/or artists are need to accommodate the size of your wedding party or a specific time frame the day of your wedding, one of the following will apply:

Travel
Weddings 30 Minutes away or less, no travel fee. Weddings that are 31 minutes - 1 hour away, the travel fee is $50. Weddings that are over 1 hour to 2 hours away are $100. Weddings that are over 2 hours away or more; the travel fee is $1/mile to the venue and the person named on this contract will be charged $150 Hotel Fee to cover a one night stay, for the night prior the Wedding. This amount will be charged to the card on file 1 month before the wedding date. For out of state/country weddings: All expenses must be paid for travel; including but not limited to; gas, meals, flights, hotel stay, car rental etc.

Terms and Conditions
BOOKINGS: To secure a date, this signed contract and a $250.00 deposit are required. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. $150 of this deposit will be put toward the total cost of services, the remaining $100 is the Secure Your Date Fee. The remaining balance will be due as soon as styling/makeup services are completed. If the client chooses not to book after the trail session, the deposit will not be refunded. This deposit must paid through my website ( hairmagicbynicole.glossgenius.com ). A 3.6% credit/debit card processing fee will be charged to the client.
TRIAL / CONSULTATIONS: Consultations/Trials are available for brides as well as their bridal party members, including but not limited to: bridesmaids, mothers of the bride, etc. Bridal Trials are included in the price, everyone else's is an additional cost. We recommend that additional consultations/trials should be scheduled on the same day as the bride’s consultation in order to avoid an additional travel fee (if the stylist is traveling to you.) This does not apply to those traveling to us for their trial.
LIABILITY: All brushes, tools, and products are sanitized between every styling application. Any allergies and/or skin conditions should be reported by the client to the styling artist prior to application.
DELAYS: We will create a schedule for the day, and will send this by email or text to the Bride for review 1-2 weeks prior to the wedding date. If only booking with us for one type of service, we can/will work with your makeup artist or stylist in coordinating the schedule. The list of girls receiving services is due three months before your wedding date. Please include their full name & all services needed. A late fee of $25.00 will be charged for every 30 minutes of delay when a client is late for the scheduled time, or if the scheduled makeup application or hair style exceeds the allotted time due to client delays.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: Styling will be completed to the client’s satisfaction, and acceptance of the completed styling application is acknowledgement by the client that the styling is done to the client’s satisfaction.
PARKING FEES: Where parking, valet or toll fees may be incurred. This amount will be included in the final bill and will be due on the day of the event.

Travel fees apply for all pre-event styling consultations as well as day-of appointments, unless you travel to the Stylist/Makeup Artist.
SERVICE MINIMUMS: Our total that we require to meet our minimum amount of services is $350 for one team member, $600 for two team members, or $900 for three team members. This means you/your wedding party must book enough services to total at $350, $600, or $900, (depending on the number of team members needed for your event) or more to book with us.
PAYMENT: PAYMENT: The final balance is due one week prior to the event. The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) whose name(s) appear on this contract. If there are any services unpaid the day of the event, the remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file. All payments must be paid through our website ( mymagicalmoments.net ) or Venmo ( @HairMagicByNicole ), this is the Owner, Nicole Johnson’s Venmo account. All payments made through our website will incur a 3.6% credit card processing fee.
SOCIAL MEDIA & WEBSITE: Photos taken at the trial or your professional photos may be used as examples of my work for future clients to view. Your photographer will receive proper credit for their work. You agree to me using these photos, as well as give consent to using your professional photos on my website/portfolio/social media. I will email you to request these photos and will also reach out to your photographer.
CANCELLATION/REDUCTION IN SERVICES POLICY: Your booking is a reserved spot. If you decide to cancel your wedding day services, you will not receive a refund of your deposit. If you cancel within 60-90 days before your wedding date, you will not receive back the deposit and you will be charged 25% of the total scheduled services as a cancellation fee. If you cancel within 45-59 days of your wedding date, you will not receive back the deposit and you will be charged 50% of the total scheduled services as a cancellation fee. If you cancel within 0-44 days of your wedding date, you will not receive back the deposit and be charged 100% of the scheduled services as a cancelation fee, this will be charged to the card on file. All cancellations must be communicated in written form either by email or text. If you choose to reduce the number of services, we require a minimum of 45 days of notice. If you choose to reduce the number of services between 15-44 days before your Wedding date, 50% of those services will still be due in the remaining balance/final payment. If you chose to reduce the number of services 0-14 days before your Wedding Date, 100% of those services will still be charged in the remaining balance/final payment.
